Located in the main lodge on the ranch, this is a private room with a king size bed and an option for a floor mattress (upon request). The lodge was built in 1969, and we are working full time to beautify the property. We are updating as we go but your rental will be clean and inviting. Please know that when you come here, you will be cared for by our staff, even as they are helping us run the ranch.

Located in the main lodge on the ranch, this is a private room with a queen bed. The lodge was built in 1969, and we are working full time to beautify the property. Our renovations are ongoing and your room will be clean and ready for you. This room does not have a view but the roof is just above you to have your coffee on or hang out in the great room. This room is located in the Lodge at Dawn of Hope Ranch. It is a private room that is suitable for 2-5 people.
The Lodge was built in 1969, and we are working full time to beautify the property. Please know that when you come here, you will be cared for by our staff, even as they are busy helping us run the ranch. There may be boot prints at the front door, and wind blows in from the open windows (aka, Colorado air conditioners), but there’s a lot of love here!

2 Room Suite # 15 Hike/Fish/Play/Horseback Rides
Suite #15 is located in the Lodge at Dawn of Hope Ranch. It is a private, 2 bedroom suite that is suitable for up to 8 people. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom, and 3 twin beds with trundles in the second bedroom. There is also a balcony that is accessible from both bedrooms. The lodge was built in 1969, and we are working full time to beautify the property, this room has not yet been renovated.
Lower Ranch House – Kitchen, ziplining, pool
Lower Ranch house is a favorite here at Dawn of Hope Ranch. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep a total of 9, 2 full bathrooms, and a small combined kitchen and living room. It is attached to Upper Ranch House, but there is no indoor access between them. This house is clean and ready for guests, but keep in mind it is an older home with some renovation still to come:) Horseback riding is by appointment. Pet fee $50 for your well behaved pet. Please do not leave your pet unattended.
